Frequently asked questions

What is presentation design and why does it matter?
Presentation design is the art of combining structure, visual design, and storytelling to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively. A well-designed presentation goes beyond aesthetics — it ensures your audience understands your message, trusts your brand, and takes the action you want them to take.
What types of presentations does RANKOL design?
We design executive and board presentations, investor pitch decks, sales and proposal decks, strategy and transformation presentations, data and analytics storytelling decks, training presentations, and complete template and slide library systems — across PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, and Figma.
How long does a presentation project take?
Turnaround depends on the package and complexity. Starter and Professional packages typically deliver in 1–2 business days. Premium and Enterprise packages take 2–4 days. Urgent delivery is available on all packages — contact us to discuss your deadline.
What formats will I receive my presentation in?
Depending on your package, you'll receive your presentation in PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF, Google Slides, and/or Video format. Premium and Enterprise packages include all formats including animated video exports.
What makes RANKOL different from other design services?
Most design services focus only on aesthetics. RANKOL brings 22+ years of consulting-grade presentation strategy from McKinsey and Macquarie. We structure your narrative first, then design it — combining strategy, storytelling, and visual excellence. We've trained 12,000+ professionals globally, so we know what makes presentations actually work.
Can I request revisions after the first draft?
Yes — every package includes structured revision rounds (2 to 6 depending on package). After each round, your feedback is incorporated before the next version. Additional editing after final delivery is available at a minimum charge.

Now imagine this creative power behind your next presentation

Whether it's a board deck, investor pitch, or team training — let's make it exceptional.
